Penn is a black and white male that is about 9 weeks old. Penn has 3 siblings – Indie (f), Libby (f) and Free (m). Someone found them outdoors and couldn’t find a mom and knew they needed some help. Penn has had lots of human contact since going into foster. Penn should be ready to see the vet for neuter and go home in the second half of November.
