Libby (Philly litter)

Libby (short for Liberty) is a black and white female and is about 9 weeks old. She has 3 siblings – Indie (f), Penn (m) and Free (m). Someone found them outdoors and couldn’t find a mom and knew they needed some help. Libby has had lots of human contact since going into foster. Libby should be ready to see the vet for spay and go home in the second half of November.
