Tibias.. oh Tibias. He is literally the dumbest cat I ever met. he falls off everything. he tumbles with everyone in scuffs because he is so tubby. he loves to cuddle with the boys and tussles with anything bigger then him. he thinks he is a dog tho, struts around constantly like he is all that and some! such a sweet kitten. you will love him instantly.
