We named all the kittens rescued from that nasty dirty crate in the stinky basement of an apartment building on a Star Trek theme. Little 7 of 9 was named after Jeri Ryan’s character because she is so breathtakingly beautiful. She’s very gentle and a little shy but Is slowly learning to trust us and is starting to purr when we cuddle her. She does have one slightly cloudy cornea caused by an untreated eye infection prior to us rescuing her but it’s very mild. She and most of her crew mates will be ready to adopt in early August, but you can apply to adopt now.
