Meet River. This baby boy used up almost all his 9 lives trying to cross the entrance ramp of the parkway in Toms River on Monday 8/16. He was found motionless in the road and the finder thought he was dead. He appears to have some minor injuries from perhaps colliding with a car tire but he seems miraculously to have escaped serious injury. If all goes well he will be available to adopt in mid to late September.
