Phoebe is a little timid til she gets to know you but then is a complete cuddle bug. She likes to play on your chest and be petted and loves tummy ribs. She gets scared easily so we think she’s do best in a quiet home with people who will work with her to earn her trust. She has so much love to give. She just needs the right family to help her come out of her shell
