Misty is about 2. She came into the rescue in fall 2021. We were told she was friendly and pregnant. Turned out she was very shy and not at all pregnant ! She came from an unsafe neighborhood and couldn’t go back, so we figured we’d hold on to her and find her a good barn home when the weather got nice in 2022. By that time, though, she was starting to get friendly and wanting attention. She runs up to even complete strangers wanting head bonks and petting. She’s still 100% opposed to anyone picking her up though! She is truly sweet and great company but needs an owner willing to accept her in her own terms. We love her so much and hope someone out there will love her too.
