This elegant 5 month old tabby boy is a former pet who was dumped in a local barn a week or so ago. We named him Barney. Unlike his sister Buffy, who took this betrayal in stride, Barney has taken it hard. He’s struggling to trust humans again. We are winning him over, but it’s taking some time and hard work. Barney is getting fixed August 4. He will be ready to adopt soon after but will need a patient adopter who is willing to work with him to teach him that, this time, he is safe forever.
