Happy

Happy, like his name suggest, is happy and super social. He has a lot of energy and likes to play. He has the coolest mohawk! He was rescued from a hoarding situation in toms river but seems to be very healthy and under a year old. Happy was fixed feb 19 and is ready to adopt.
